Operations division's task is to execute Finnair's flight operations safely, economically and in a reliable manner. Finnair Technical Operations is responsible for the airworthiness of Finnair fleet. The key objectives of Technical Operations are safety, reliable flight operations and cost-efficient maintenance processes. Finnair Technical Operations consists of Finnair Technical Services and Operational Maintenance.
We are now looking for a MECHANIC
to join our cargo container and cargo pallet repair team. Your work will consist of varied sheet metal works, welding and spot welding and machining works. One of your key tasks will be to take part in the changing of engine inlet cowls of aircrafts for new ones.
The following competencies and characteristics are necessary for you to be successful in the role:
- Aircraft Mechanic Degree or other applicable technical education
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal works
- Ability to interpret structural drawings
- Capacity for extremely precise work
- Ability and willingness for teamwork
- Good physical condition
- Flexibility regarding working hours
Please note that the collective agreement for this position is IAU 01.
