to make our teams awesome, facilitate scrum / kanban in teams and to foster agile principles in our development teams .
W e are creating great digital experiences to our customers on the ground and up in the air. Examples of our digital touch points are Finnair.com, inflight entertainment systems and the Finnair mobile app. We see how our work impacts our customers every day.

We expect you to have a lean-agile mindset and a proven track record of relevant work experience. You are a trained scrum master and have hands-on experience from working in the role. Additional agile trainings are a plus but not a must. Your passion is to help teams grow and produce results in a sustainable, lean and agile way. You believe in coaching and mentoring. You don't get stuck to frameworks but are able to adapt to needs of the customers and the organization. You are not afraid to bring up topics that require attention, and you strive to solve the issues proactively. What do you do:
- Build transparency to team work

- Facilitate team planning, retrospectives and demos
- Help to remove blockers and sort out possible dependencies
- Actively develop ways of working with team and stakeholders
